SpaFinder or SpaWish Gift Certificates must be used in full upon redemption. Any unused balance can be used towards OFRA Cosmetics products.
20% Gratuity applies to SpaFinder and SpaWish Gift Certificates for any treatment and cannot be part of the gift certificate itself. (Product purchases are exempt from gratuity.)
No refunds but we will gladly exchange any product within 14 days of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
24 hours or 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
Appointments made less than 24 hours in advance, cannot be cancelled, or a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
72 hours cancellation notice required for all half and full day treatments or 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
